In Uttar Pradesh, deteriorating weather conditions have prompted warnings in districts including Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Bijnor, Jyotiba Phule Nagar, and Aligarh, where high winds and thunderstorms are expected. Officials have recommended residents to stay home amid heavy rains and avoid soggy areas for safety concerns.

The weather system is also anticipated to affect Bihar, with the IMD forecasting moderate to heavy rain in some northeastern districts. Significant precipitation is expected in Madhubani, Supaul, Purnia, Madhepura, Saharsa, Araria, and Kishanganj, along with thunder and lightning.
Similarly, Uttarakhand has issued advisories for Chamoli, Bageshwar, Rudraprayag, Almora, Pithoragarh, and Nainital due to the possibility of landslides and flash floods caused by continuing heavy rainfall. Authorities have asked tourists and residents to be cautious, especially in steep and riverfront locations.
